1.Surface Property: Uniform coarse sand texture, matte finish, anti-glare, anti-slip; maintains high transparency (light transmittance ≥ 85% for 1.0mm thickness)
2.Mechanical Performance: Tensile strength ≥ 40 MPa, impact strength ≥ 15 kJ/m², good dimensional stability (dimensional change rate ≤ ±0.5% at -10℃~60℃)
3.Chemical Resistance: Resistant to common dilute acids (pH 2~6), dilute alkalis (pH 8~12), and mineral oils; non-reactive with most daily chemicals
4.Processability: Easy to thermoform (forming temperature 120℃~150℃), cut, punch, and weld; no cracking or deformation during processing
5.Weatherability: Excellent UV resistance, light transmittance loss ≤ 5% after 1000 hours of UV aging test; suitable for indoor and outdoor use
6.Safety: Non-toxic (complies with RoHS/REACH standards), odorless, no harmful substances released
